Refund Policy
पहले 30 दिन: बिना कोई सवाल पूछे पूरा पैसा वापस। उसके बाद भी, कभी भी — बचे हुए महीनों का pro-rata.
First 30 days: a 100% no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. After that: cancel any time, pro-rata on the unused months. Within 7 working days, no cancellation fee, no phone call required.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
For 30 days from the date of payment, you can cancel for any reason — or none — and we refund 100% of what you paid. We do not ask why, we do not deduct for books already dispatched, and the button in your account is the entire process. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
After the 30-day window, the pro-rata policy below applies for the rest of the year.
The formula
Refund = (amount paid − value of books already dispatched) × (12 − whole months used) ÷ 12
“Months used” counts whole months from the date of payment. A part-month is not counted against you.
A worked example
Suppose you bought the ₹9,999 full admission and cancel after 4 months, by which time 4 books have been posted to you.

This table is generated from the same code that calculates your actual refund, so the example cannot drift away from what we really pay.
The digital admission (app-only) plan
There are no books to deduct, so it is simply the amount you paid × (12 − months used) ÷ 12 — where “the amount you paid” is your actual charge (for Janmashtami early-bird enrolments, the early-bird price, not the list price).
How to request one
- Sign in at your account with the email you used at checkout.
- Use Cancel & refund request. You will see the calculated amount before you confirm.
- Or simply email support@leocaster.com with your order reference. Either route is equally valid.
Timeline
- We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- We confirm the exact amount in writing, showing the arithmetic, before processing.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few more days to display it.
Books already sent
Please keep them. We do not ask for physical returns — the postage and handling would cost more than the books, and we would rather your child kept the work they have already done in them.
Damaged or missing books
If a book arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, tell us within 15 days of dispatch and we will resend it free. That is a replacement, not a refund, and it does not affect your plan.
What we do not do
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
- We do not require a reason, though we are glad of one.
- We do not make you call a retention line. The button in your account is the whole process.
