Terms of Service

Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain language — and if the answer is that the terms are badly worded, we will fix the terms.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Who we are

Tales of Amritpur is a product of Leocaster Systems LLP (LLPIN: AAV-1180), India. The registered address is on the contact page. Country of origin of all goods: India.

2. What we provide

A twelve-month programme of 52 weekly episodes covering 46 values, drawn from the Bhagavad Gita and presented for children in simple Hindi, with an English track. Every episode is anchored to a specific verse. The full admission additionally includes twelve monthly printed activity books.

Episodes are self-classified “U” under the IT Rules, 2021.

How the content is made

Our stories, illustrations and narration are produced with modern creative tools, including AI-assisted illustration and voice synthesis, working under human direction. Every script, image and episode is reviewed and approved by a person before it reaches a child, and every shloka is checked with care against the authentic devotional tradition. Everything we publish is our own original expression.

Despite this care, no publication is guaranteed to be free of errors — a human review of many hours of stories, art, audio and print can miss something, and we say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise. What we promise instead is the correction: if you believe anything is wrong, write to support@leocaster.com — we will verify it, and if it is wrong we will fix it and say so. Your remedies for any content error are that correction and the refund rights in section 7; content errors create no liability beyond section 11.

Our episodes are original, child-friendly retellings: the village of Amritpur, its family and its adventures are fiction created to carry the Gita's teachings to a child. The Bhagavad Gita has many respected interpretations; ours is one loving, child-level telling — not an authoritative scripture edition, and not a substitute for studying the scripture itself or for the guidance of your own teachers and tradition.

3. Plans, price and term

  • ₹9,999Full admission · five programs + 12 printed books.
  • ₹5,999Digital admission · full year, without the printed books.

Both are one-time annual payments, all-inclusive — the price shown is the whole price, with no taxes or charges added at checkout. There is no auto-renewal and no stored card: when the year ends, nothing is charged unless you actively choose to continue.

Promotional pricing (such as the Janmashtami early-bird window) may reduce the amount payable at checkout during a stated, dated period. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, and your invoice records the offer applied.

4. Programme start

The first batch begins on 15 September 2026. Your account is created at purchase and shows a countdown until then; episodes unlock from the batch start date. If we fail to start your batch within 15 days of that date, you may cancel for a full refund, regardless of any other policy.

5. Book delivery

One book per month for twelve months, delivered anywhere in India at no extra cost. Books are dispatched at the end of each month, beginning with the end of your first month. Details are on the shipping page. Books are paper only — we do not ship scissors, glue or plastic parts.

6. Your account

The account holder must be an adult, 18 or over. You are responsible for the email address on the account and for anyone who can read the login codes sent to it. Tell us immediately if you lose access to that address.

The app is for use within one family. Please do not share your access outside your household, redistribute the episodes, or copy the books for others.

7. Cancellation and refunds

For 30 days from payment: a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee — cancel from your account and 100% of what you paid is refunded within 7 working days. After 30 days: cancel any time and we refund the unused months pro-rata. The formula and a worked example are on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. What belongs to whom

The stories, illustrations, audio and books are ours. The Bhagavad Gita is not — it belongs to everyone, and our interpretation of it carries no claim over the text itself. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material within your family for the duration of your plan.

9. What we do not promise

We make no claim about educational outcomes, examination results or behavioural change — every child and every family is different, and so will their journey with these stories be. We promise production quality, a completed curriculum, honest content and working delivery. Anything beyond that would be a marketing claim we could not stand behind.

The descriptions on this website — including the free Get-Ready-Kit PDFs — are general information about the programme, offered in good faith. They are not professional educational, psychological or medical advice.

10. If we have to suspend an account

We may suspend access for payment fraud, or for redistribution of the material at scale. We will tell you why, and if you disagree the grievance process below applies. We will not suspend an account for asking for a refund.

11. Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected with your plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be signed away.

12. Grievances

Grievance Officer: Mayank Patel, Designated Partner — Grievance Officer mayank@leocaster.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.

14. Changes

If we change these terms we will email everyone with an active plan at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel and take the pro-rata refund.
